L. Bailey #8 Verticle Post Jointer Plane

Patented 1855. Very good condition, but I suspect the rear tote is a proper replacement from another Bailey plane (as the wood species is different from the knob). Priced accordingly.
 
Nevertheless the Bailey vertical post plane is fairly rare to be found in any condition.
